Join us for two days of cookery (Tues 20th - Wed 21st August, 10am - 2pm) and build a portfolio of delicious meals that you can recreate at home.
This course is available as a two day series or as individual four hour workshops. Click the booking buttons below. Suitable for children aged 12-16 years. Each day includes a full cooking session and lunch.
On the Menu
Day 1 - Spring rolls with a soy and sesame dipping sauce; Egg fried rice with peas from the garden; Crispy sweet and sour chicken thighs; Meringue with summer fruit and cream.
Day 2 - The perfect quiche with garden salad; Profiteroles with chocolate sauce and vanilla creme patisserie filling.
10am - 2pm daily.
