Join us for two days of cookery from around the world, building up a portfolio of delicious meals that you can recreate at home.
This course is available as a two day series or as individual four hour workshops. Click the booking buttons below. Suitable for children aged 12-16 years. Each day includes a full cooking session and lunch.
On the Menu:
Day 1 - Parathas; Malvani chicken curry; Pilau rice; Mango and passionfruit pavlova.
Day 2 - Quesadillas; Guacamole; Tomato salsa; Refried beans; Chocolate fondants with creme fraiche and raspberries.
10am - 2pm daily
£70 for two days. £35 per day.
