Join us for three days of cookery from around the world, building up a portfolio of delicious meals that you can recreate at home. We’ll cover breads, desserts, main dishes and gorgeous sides. On the final day we’ll cook up a feast for your invited guests, to show off all the skills you’ve developed over the course.
This course is available as a series of three days, or as individual four hour workshops. Click the booking buttons below. Suitable for children aged 12-16, of any skill level. Each day includes a full cooking session and lunch.
On the Menu
Day 1 - lamb koftas/spiced griddled halloumi, Tzatziki, flatbreads, jewelled salad, Labneh with pomegranates and pistachio shortbread
Day 2 - Fresh pasta, ravioli, roasted vegetable lasagne, green salad, panna cotta with raspberries
Day 3 - Chicken curry, mango salsa, fragrant rice, pineapple upside-down cake with Chantilly cream
10am - 2pm daily
