Confident cooking starts with a few key skills and a handful of basic recipes. Get to grips with these building blocks of good cooking and you’ll find yourself able to cook recipes you never thought you’d master. This brilliant, basic cookery course runs weekly for five weeks on Wednesdays. Suitable for beginners and those looking to revisit forgotten skills.

March 4 – Bread
March 11– Meat: Simple butchery, cuts & cooking techniques
March 18– Fish
March 25 – Pastry (sweet & savoury)
