Bread Matters

With just four of the most basic ingredients, a little bit of elbow grease and an hour or two of time, you can produce a loaf of bread to toast for breakfast, make into sandwiches at lunchtime or serve alongside supper. There’s no everyday staple that’s more versatile and when it’s made by hand, more delicious. At Square Food Foundation, you’ll make several different types of dough and create beautiful loaves, rolls and even whole meals from it.

All classes include tastings throughout and dinner. You are welcome to bring your own wine, beer or other drinks. All recipes cooked by you or demonstrated will be sent on to you by email following the class
