Pasta - FUlly booked (waiting list only)

There’s something about freshly home-made and beautifully cooked pasta which never fails to make people smile. This class is a mixture of demonstration and hands-on work. As well as kneading and rolling your own pasta dough you'll learn to make three different pasta dishes including:

  • Squash & herb ricotta ravioli
  • An open lasagne of wild mushrooms & spinach
  • Tagliatelle with home-made pesto.
