Join us to celebrate the seasons with four uniquely different and special pop-up suppers at Spike Island.
This springtime sees us visiting Provence......long, long ago, when Barny went to St Tropez as a boy and when the harbour of St Tropez wasn’t jammed with the super yachts of Russian billionaires but was bobbing with clusters of colourful little fishing boats, there was a restaurant called Chez Fifine. It was here where Madame Fifine would make conger eel soup and fried sardines aux herbes and bouillabaisse. I think there is still a restaurant in St Tropez of that name. But it ain’t Chez Fifine.
On the night you'll get to taste the delights of:
- Petit pains of anchoïade, haricots blanc, peppers & rabbit
- La Boullabaisse de Chez Fifine
- Cheese from Provence
- Provençale tarte aux fruits with honey and lavender ice cream
Included in the price of your ticket will be a cookery demo by Barny Haughton and a glass of wine paired with one of your course.
