The Great British Sausage... and other friends

This workshop focusses on British sausage-making but also explores their counterparts in Italy, Spain and France. You will leave with a understanding of what goes into a really good sausage and the skills to make them at home.

The class will start at 10am and finish at 3pm. You will have a light lunch and a glass of wine as well as plenty to taste throughout the day.
