A two day workshop introducing you to a uniquely different approach to world of meat. Beginning with a butchery demonstration by a master butcher, this workshop takes you though all different cuts, methods and techniques of preparation & cooking, how to make a little go a long way, what to do when a whole lamb comes into your kitchen.
