A Taste of the Levant

No one cannot love the world of Middle Eastern Cooking. It is seductive, bold, open-hearted and deeply life-affirming. It is full of the mystery and tastes of ancient tradition. From home-made labneh, and harissa to sweet delights with spices and rosewater, this workshop explores the traditions, colour and passion of this ancient food culture. The class will start at 6pm and finish at 9. You will have a light supper and glass of wine and will take home some of the dishes you have cooked
