Between the Mountains & the Sea - an Italian cookery holiday


For 2019, we've co-created a once-in-a-lifetime cookery holiday in Italy's Abruzzo. This is a food-focused journey into a unique part of Italy, and the landscape which has shaped it, perfect for people who are passionate about food & culture (whatever your cooking ability).

You'll enjoy luxury accommodation at Casa del Colle, take part in cookery lessons from Barny and co-chef Rosie, visit markets, taste wine, olive-oil and honey, forage for ingredients, swim, sunbathe and sit and look at the view.

Cost £1350 per person to include all food, drinks, accommodation and transfers. Not including flights.
