For 2020, we've co-created a unique cookery holiday in Italy's Abruzzo. This is a food-focused journey into a unique part of Italy, and the landscape which has shaped it, perfect for people who are passionate about food & culture (whatever your cooking ability).
You'll enjoy luxury accommodation at Casa del Colle, take part in cookery lessons from Barny and co-chef Rosie, visit markets, taste wine, olive-oil and honey, forage for ingredients, swim, sunbathe and sit and look at the view.

Should you wish to make your own travel arrangements to / from Casa del Colle, the price per person will be £1150 allowing you to fly, drive or take a train from a city of your choosing.

This trip is ideally suited for a group of 8 - 10 people, sharing 5 king-size beds. Individuals, or couples, are more than welcome to book onto this week, but this is predicated on at least four couples/individuals confirming their booking by February 2020. Your deposit will be fully refunded in the unlikely event that we do not obtain sufficient bookings.
