Knife Skills & Basic Cookery

Knowing how to use a knife properly can typically reduce the preparation time of a dish from an hour to ten minutes. Based on the challenge of getting five meals from one chicken, this workshop combines all the different knife skills with some exciting new dishes and many other spin-off recipes and ideas along the way. 

The class will start at 6.30pm and finish at 9pm. You will have a light supper and take home some of the dishes you have cooked. £49
