healthy me!

Healthy Me! is a new and exciting cookery course for people with learning disabilities and their support staff.

Healthy Me! is an opportunity for learning-disabled adults and support staff to cook side by side, learn healthy, delicious recipes, and explore the connection between our health and the food we eat.

We understand that…budgets are tight, time is short and every service user and care setting is different. Together, we’ll support you to make an appropriate and sustainable Healthy Me! plan for your staff and the people in your care.

How does it work?
