Four Seasons Series - Winter

These workshops will show you how to create a really delicious 3 course meal or colourful table of delights. Perfect for family or entertaining friends. Vegetarian and vegan alternatives are always included where appropriate. Each dish is also chosen to give you insights into creating many others.

Wild mushroom risotto
Roast venison, Barolo and Winter vegetables
Panna cotta with raspberry coulis

All classes include tastings throughout and supper. You are welcome to bring your own wine, beer or other drinks. All recipes cooked by you or demonstrated will be sent on to you by email following the class.
