Tapas may have been usurped by new, trendier types of eating, but Spanish cooking remains as exciting and delicious as ever. In this three hour masterclass, Barny will take you on a tour of Southern Spain and its sunshine flavours and ingredients from seafood salad and salt cod to pork with sherry and the perfect paella.

The evening will be a mix of hands-on and demonstration. Towards the end of the class, you’ll have supper and a glass of icy Spanish beer or wine. Recipes will be sent to you after the class.
At some classes, there may be leftovers and we’d encourage you to take your share home.

With his street food kitchen and pop up restaurants already firmly established in Bristol, Liam is on a mission to prove just how simple authentic Japanese food is to make. You'll have fun discovering new ingredients and creating a handful of delicious and impressive dishes. There'll be time to discuss the background and culture of Japanese Food over a glass of sake. And we'll find out why real Japanese restaurants are a rarity in the UK even though you can create absolutely authentic Japanese dishes with ease at home.
