As well as learning to cook four simple delicious recipes from scratch, we'll leave knowing how to identify and cook with all different types of pulse. How long to cook for, whether they need soaking overnight, which types you can add straight to a dish to add substance and texture. This class is a mixture of hands-on work and demonstration.
